Delt with NALAS for years, ordered some building sand with them for delivery {as they not letting anyone in for collections due to covid or maybe they are just ripping everyone off for delivery whilst they can} Unfortunately they turned up whilst we half way through accepting a delivery of stone, ignored my partner who was shouting to him that they wouldn't be long, but no drove off and didn't return. Rang them to see when they would return to be told they won't be as they are busy!! Aren't we all in this current climate! Well NALAS we won't be using you again and I hope you manage to keep some business for when this crisis is over, but treating customers like this, not for the 1st time looking at previous reviews you may struggle!!

Tried to buy from here as it was my local supplier. They took the order but when they came to deliver, the plumbers van was in the drive. Although they had my phone number and could have easily asked the plumber to move they didnt and just drove off. Tried calling their office over the next 2 weeks, they couldn't give me any info and never phoned me back as promised. I had held off getting from elsewhere as I wanted to honour my order but had to in the end. Most unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional company I've dealt with in ages. I wouldnt be so disappointed had they explained they were too busy to take new orders. Was recommended Cranes Enterprises on Mansfield road and the experience there was opposite, absolutely brilliant.
