Absolutely shocking avoid at all costs. Purchased a bike through cycle to work scheme, Orbit built the bike and after saying it would be in Thursday, then Friday it was eventually collected Saturday. We had to chase it up ourselves as communication was non existent. We were told a ladies gel seat had been fitted for extra comfort and to make up for the bike frame being damaged (it allegedly came direct from Raleigh in this condition) first ride out the seat nearly comes off mid ride and a bad accident was narrowly avoided. Upon closer inspection by an independent it turns out the bike saddle was fitted with a second hand part that was not fit for purpose and potentially life threatening. Allegedly Orbit did not notice the worn part during installation even though it was obvious, a trio of excuses followed for the reason this happened. The health and safety of Orbits customers does not even register, profits are paramount.
