John has provided me and my partner an absolute 5 STAR service throughout our first home buying experience. Looking for a first home has been quite daughnting and John has been so thorough and exact which has filled us with confidence moving forward. I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy without the house first being John certified!

We had John conduct a survey for us prior to purchasing a property, and all we can say is thank goodness that we did. He found a number of issues with the property that would have resulted in us likely never being able to sell the property on in the future, and therefore saved us from purchasing a house that could have caused us great distress. Johns manner is kind, understanding and professional. He contacted us the day the survey was conducted and told us the key details we needed to know and answered any questions we had, before following it up just 2 days later with a comprehensive report. We are very grateful we found John and will be using him again in the future without a moments hesitation. Fantastic service!

CS were extremely prompt in responding to my request for a quote for a structural survey on the property I am purchasing and then made their own contact with the estate agents to arrange entry etc. We recieved an incredibly thorough report with a week. We then had a few queries regarding the property based on the report and John was more than happy to speak to me on the phone and answered all of my questions. John is incredibly good at what he does and his experience in his field is evident. I couldn't recommend CS enough and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Paid for the what we were told was the equivalent to a level 3 survey, we have a total of 11 wooden sash windows in the new house we got CS Surveying to do a survey on. They checked 1 of 11 sash windows was operational and the other 10 wasnt checked all the 10 were not operational but because it wasn't picked up on the survey we couldnt negotiate the price of the house to include the works to be done or reduced in price so we could get the windows sorted. On moving in at a cost of 2550 we had to have all windows looked at I contacted CS Surveying via email and left a post on there Facebook page and both time have been ignored please think before you pay for a survey and then have to pay for exspensive works because things were not checked
