Gym Equipment Wiltshire - Second Strength

What can I say about this company? Fantastic customer service and communication, made even more apparent at a time when most gym equipment suppliers are not even bothering to reply to stock queries. I've had to wait longer and pay more than I wanted to to source some quality Olympic weights and bars for my home gym (decision taken 3 weeks into Covid lockdown...) but I couldn't care less. Jules and John deserved the patience and cost of the items for keeping in touch (including an evening phone call when I asked for some advice on treadmills), contacting me when they were ready to take pre orders and chasing up a missing delivery sent direct from their supplier within 24 hours. Very happy to recommend this company.

I had been looking for a specific heavy duty barbell for home gym use during the Covid-19 lock down. After searching the whole internet for the best part of six weeks, no one had this bar for sale. However, Second Strength managed to source one and deliver it within days. Very pleased with these guys, it's allowed me to get back to the sort of weight training that I could only do safely in a public gym.

Top class company with unbeatable customer service. There was an issue with my item which was completely out of their control but they could not do enough to more than rectify the situation. Highly recommended!
