        Very friendly and helpful. After a horrific airport to hotel transfer where the pick up driver abandoned me, my mother and 2 other passengers we were forced to call the help number (Which was a 3rd party taxi company) we got to the hotel to find the restaurant closed, we were directed to the overstuffed pizza place right around the other side of the hotel where they were just about to close. But the older gentlemen greeter was more than happy to help us. Even traying up our now takeaway pizza with cutlery and condiments to take back to our room. What a life saver to 2 cold starving women at 10.30pm!
