        I used their service this summer for gap filling. The results was perfect. Unfortunately the wood has contracted this winter and all the filling is starting to crumble in the house just 4 month after the work was done ! They make you sign a discharge as they know it happens. I have contacted them several times to help me to alleviate the problem with no answer... Do not recommend.
