After adopting our first puppy without having full information about her we had issues with the microchip change and various other things. Larkmead Vets in Didcot were amazing! They helped us with every little query and worry we had. It was super easy to register our pet and set her up with their LCC plan which I highly recommend. Amazing customer service from both the Vets themselves and all of the reception team. Thank you for for all you do for our fur babies.

We made the difficult decision of having our cat put to sleep. The staff at Larkmead were really sensitive, gave us our options and explained the process step by step, also assuring us it was the right thing to do in this circumstance which took some of the uncertainty and guilt away from such a hard decision. They were very understanding when we moved the date a few times as we weren't ready. When the day came, they also took paw print keepsakes for us and sent us a condolence card. I couldn't ask for a more caring veterinary practice.
