Store compromises with the health of consumers and it has poor customer care :( I bought a few food products on 2nd of May 2023. Two of these items were Haldiram Kesar Rasmalai & Haldiram Rasmalai whose best before date was 02 May 2023 (I didnt realized it in the store and there was no discount on it). I opened Haldiram Kesar Rasmalai at home on the same day it was found rotten, smelly and in inedible condition. I came next morning to return these two products, shop attendant refused to take these item back as I didnt take receipt the day before and told me he cannot do much about it.

I recently purchased 2 packs of frozen chicken kebab from your shop ..thankyou for help n support for any product matter issues..shop owner was courteous and friendly. The butcher is quite co-operative and helpful with meat orders

Recommended to buy lot of Indian grocery items which are not available in orchard center.
