        Always come out feeling very disappointed in some way whenever I have needed to use this branch as an alternative to a much better local one - every time they are either very rude or they refuse to post item

        Went to the Post Office to return a parcel. The whole transaction took place while the member of staff was on the phone to a friend on speaker phone! She did not engage with me at all. This is the second example of zero customer service I have received here. I wont make the same mistake again.

        Everytime I go in it's like the shop keeper sighs that I'm using the post office. Why would someone run a shop when they clearly have such little interest. Il try and go elsewhere in future as that seems to be what they want.

        The staff seem unable or unwilling to operate the Post Office and always claim the computer is not working. This should NOT be advertised as a Post Office as this service is never available. Very rude and unhelpful staff!
