Really professional, clean and tidy. He knew exactly what the problem was, showed me how to turn the water off if I ever needed to at the toilet, popped out to get the part and came back straight away and fixed the problem.
You even get text updates on the day letting you know when he will be arriving and it alerts you when he is about 20 mins and then 10 mins away which is BRILLIENT.
