        I did pilates with Sam for almost a year and cant recommend it enough! Every week different class, she checks everyone every time. The atmosphere in the class is so nice as well. Best pilates in my area!

        Have done 3 classes now with Sam who is lovely. Having never done Pilates before I was unsure of what to expect but from the very first class Sam was so good at explaining each step & making sure we breathed correctly. Very easy to follow at your own pace & in such a relaxing atmosphere. Really do recommend you come along & Im sure youll be back.

        Having not done Pilates for a good couple of years and the fact it was just too far to travel... Sam is amazing! The sessions are enjoyable but hard work, its such a relaxed place and you can work at your own pace! Highly recommend!
