        Henry is a reliable and knowledgeable coach, he gives sound advice and has really improved my understanding and technique in heavy lifting. Henry also trains hard himself which is a great motivator for me when I'm not feeling 100% up to going to the gym. He is patient and always wants what's best for me, overall would definitely recommend his services if you want to improve your stregnth and overall fitness.

        Henry's been training me for four months now, and I've been really happy with my progress. The sessions are well planned, but he's also quick to adapt things to work around joint and movement issues on the day. He's very down-to earth, friendly, and positive. I enjoy every session and look forward to the gym.

        Henry is great at what he does! He listen to what YOU want to do and where YOU want to go within your PT sessions. He checks up on not on your physical health but also mental health which i feel is equally important! I really enjoy the sessions I have with Henry!
