Vicki is amazing, never did I think I would look forward to the gym, but Vicki brightens my mornings and makes the gym an enjoyable experience rather than one I dread. She has made me feel confidant to step outside my comfort zone and pushes me when she knows I can give more. The gym she works from is also amazing and such a brilliant vibe full of kind and happy people. Shes a lovely human inside and out which is important, you need to work with someone you can get on with and she never fails to add a giggle or two into our sessions. Her knowledge, professionalism & support are second to none, shes just a message away and the best part about Vickis services is that she is always there to support outside of the gym too and thats when it matters the most. The tailored plan, wealth of information she provides as part of her packages & knowing shes just on the end of a message makes staying on track simple. So glad I found Vicki and cant wait to see how much more progress I can make with her supporting me along the way.

Vicki is amazing! She knows just how to get the best from me and always pushes me when she knows I can do more. She is super friendly and approachable too! Worth every penny!
