Very good doctors

I have used the practice for years, however it is now impossible to make an appointment. The endless menus on the website lead to deadends for services not provided by the practice (handy), online booking which doesn't work because it is only at certain times so it wasn't available, or patient access for a very selective subset of appointments. Terrible practice that used to be good.

If i could I would have given 0. Very rude staff at reception. Do not accept new patients even from the catchment area. Told to complain to the council which we did. The council told us to apply on the web site and that they told us that we would be accepted. We were not accepted again. We went again to the reception. The rude receptionist lied when said come back on Friday and called later that we are not accepted again ever after complaining.

All the staff seem nice. I would of given 5 stars, but I feel let down when receptionist have put a request for phone call from doctors and I just get a text from my doctor, which I struggle with if results come back abnormal and expect a call to explain them instead of me googling what it means. Otherwise happy to use these as my doctor's as my doctor has helped with fertility as best as she can and get the ball rolling
