Booked an appointment to inspect my jet washer window (it wasnt working) I left my car all day they didnt call me to give me an update! I called them a few times and the answer sorry we are one man down today we did not inspect you car Anyway I received call at 16:45 saying yo can come collect car and make sure be here before 17:00 ! They just replace a fuse without any other investigation and charge me 85.19 for fuse replacement! Very disappointed , very bad servicing and very expensive fee. I should go to BMW dealer rather than Didcot auto centre.

The (new!) Team/Management at Didcot Auto Centre are fantastic. I have used them multiple times over the past few months, most recently for an MOT & service. Nothing is ever any trouble, they are a very trusting and friendly bunch. Specific thanks to Amanda, Carleton, Steve & Jo

100% would NOT recommend this garage. I went to them for a service and informed them the engine overheating light came on. I was told that the coolant needed filling so they filled it and was told that my car was ready to collect. As I was walking down I get a call telling me that apparently my brakes took the mechanic on to the other side of the road when he was test driving it. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Probably the garage trying to get more money out their customer. Second occasion was for the same problem except this time I told them the diagnosis which I was given by Kwik Fit. Which was a hairline crack in the water pump. They clearly ignored it as I brought my car to another garage and the crack was found straight away. Surprise, surprise. I would advice anyone NOT to go to this garage especially because they overcharge aswell and cannot be trusted.
