Parkway Lettings

Myself and my partner rented from parkways for the last 8 years and in that time they have been fantastic at managing the property we rented, especially Caroline. On many occasions over the years they have helped us negotiate extended terms with our landlord at no hidden costs. And the communication we would have when inspections or maintenance work was required Was always fantastic. Lived in one of their properties for 2 years and had a pleasant experience overall. The initial viewing with David was good and following applying, the check in and out process was smooth and easy. Email correspondence throughout the tenancy was quick and efficient too. Unfortunately, I had an initial issue with my shower which I thought was slow to be fixed, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume the delay was caused by the property owner being slow giving approval for repairs rather than Parkway Lettings.

Parkway Lettings have always provided a professional service and have friendly staff in the office. I lived in a HMO for 2 years and they were very communicative and efficient. Overall a good experience!

Having used Parkway lettings Ltd as our letting agent for 15 years I not only recommend their services but would still be using them if it were not for a change in our own circumstances.
