1-According to one of their senior mechanics, my car was handed over to a junior mechanic that tried to fix the stripped bolts but instead made it worse and therefor the car had to stay for 2 weeks (1st March - 13 March) and had to be fixed using a very unusual method because the typical method cant be used anymore due what the junior mechanic did. 2-The car was invoiced as job done in the first week (no one let me know) and when I went to check with them they told me that after it was invoiced, they concidently found that the leek was still there and they had redo the job (luckily they found it, other was the engine wouldve leaked the oil and turned potato. 3-I sent the car to have the leak, windows, battery, and O2 sensor all repaired, they only fixed the leak, and called me to collect the car and take it to the dealership to fix the other issues because they are not capable of doing it, they shouldve said so from the beginning. 4- I was charged 4 hours labor to rethread/helicoil two bolts. I find this odd, it could be done in a lot less time (but thats my personal opinion) 5-they would promise to call with an update, and they mostly dont. I had to keep chasing. 6-changed the battery and forgot to install the trimmings and Battash housing cover, I found the covers left in the boot and found broken trim clips so I couldnt even do it myself, now I have to buy clips and fix it myself or take it somewhere else to do it. 7- asked to check parts and let me know before replacing, they would either ignore the request all in all, or just change it anyway (the battery) without letting me know the cost beforehand. Although I made it clear that I am going through financial hardship and that I need to be very wary about my spending. Got to say the battery needed changing anyway, but I believe they should still consult with the car owner first, simple. To sum it up, I took the car to have it fixed properly, professionally, in a reasonably timely manner, they said theyre able to do so but never delivered.
