I love this day bed!! Looks very chic and is incredibly comfortable, especially when you add some duvets. We have had to tweak it here and there - things like fastening the curtains down other wise they blow in and let the rain in; we've also tied the curtains more tightly down at the sides of the day bed, again to keep them more secure. I just wish it was rain proof! I know it's a woven effect so unfortunately rain can get in, but I'm desperately trying to think of ways to make it more waterproof, overall I'm VERY pleased with it. The communication from the company was great, they were very patient with all my questions, and delivery was very smooth - delivered right when they said it would be.

Delivery and experience was first class. Product came damaged and the customer service has been exceptional and came up with a satisfactory solution. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended

Do not order from this company. The time from order to delivery is literally months, the furniture is poor quality and overpriced. I would say the pallet that the furniture arrives in is of equal quality to the furniture itself. Communication is non existent and you wont be able to get updates on your order. The delivery service they use is not as advertised, there were not 2 people to lift the box and also no notification that the delivery was arriving. It just randomly appeared one day, months after I had completely given up on the order which was highly inconvenient.

Appalling sevice online! Ordered headboard in February and is now April and still waiting! Rang the office- no one to take my call as they are overwhelmed - there's a surprise. Cannot comment on quality as I haven't seen it yet!

I would not recommend this company. I spent 1700 on garden furniture on 22nd February and haven't heard a single thing from them since! Delivery should have been between 7-10 days. I've called twice and been assured that the warehouse would call to arrange delivery - but they didn't. I'm losing patience now as it's a lot of money.
