Awful customer services from the manager, who just walked away randomly while I was in conversation with him.

Very poor customer service. Phoned up to ask for Broadband prices as Im in the market for a new broadband package. Only to be told by the Assistant manager that they cant share prices over the phone as its a EE policy and that I would have to come in to the shop if I wanted a deal. I found this to be quite strange so I asked why EE had such a policy in place. The response I got was that they would be breaching GDPR if I shared my postal code with them over the phone I think the staff need to brush up on their knowledge of the GDPR. The first and the last time I will be trying to do any business with EE..
