Shocking, honestly avoid these guys. Operating a bar where we use recycling, general waste and glass collection for them just not to turn up for 3 weeks and come up with some rubbish excuse every time about how the driver had to go home as his shift had finished even though our collection was scheduled for the same two days for over a year. Customer service are very apologetic over the phone but I presume thats all they are trained to do as operationally the collections are a joke. Please support other waste collection providers and youll be more thankful than using these frauds! (Also Im not interested in contacting the social media team so please dont send some generic attempt of providing another poor service) Services: Dumpster rental, Hazardous waste removal & disposal, Waste recycling

yet more abysmal service ftom the bin collectors - Ive lost count of the times they have refused to take my textiles recycling - Ive tried various carrier bags - supermarket size - all tied at the top - they are just thrown back onto the ground and never taken today I thought Id try a small clear plastic. bag ( again tied at the handles ) but surprise surprise it was just chucked back onto my drive whats the point of SODC trying to encourage all of us to recycle and put less into landfill if we get this blatant disregard from the bin collectors ?? I for one will now not be trying to recycle any textiles at the kerbside - itll all go into my black bin I am beyond incensed - such an appalling service
