        Can you please make sure you read the numbers on the letters ? For two weeks now all the post were around other houses but not a single post for us in the right box.

        The people are friendly and I think they genuinely try to provide a good service. However, they leave 'you were out' cards when I am in. Reference numbers are hand written and often wrong. Collection office opening hours are minimal and inconvenient. Royal Mail are consistently slower and more inconvenient than competitors.
