Imperial Grill Didcot

If you don't mind paying 8 for about 8 bits of meat then this is the place for you. I phoned them to complain as it was also freezing. They said they would remake our order. To be fair to the person on the phone, he was apologetic and helpful. Over an hour later the new order arrived. More meat this time but it really pale and chunky. Very unappetising, so much so i couldn't eat it! Defo much nicer places to get a kebab from in Didcot - unfortunately they were closed tonight. That will teach me for breaking the diet. We ordered from Just Eat and had to wait an hour for us to collect our order. When we got there on the due time, they told us to wait for 10 more minutes which was inconvenient as we already waited an hour since we ordered - and they were NOT busy at all. When we got our incomplete order with missing item we rang the shop, and the woman kept asking the same questions that we already told her for about 5 times! Never ordering from here again

As per other reviews, this is not a great place to get food from! Avoid if possible, will try to rip you off and "forget" half of your order. Slow and unhelpful service.
