        I attended a number of sessions with Jack and cannot speak highly enough for the treatment and support he gave me. I had suffered with a bad back and once we got it settled down and reduced the inflammation he worked hard to alleviate the discomfort and give me a strengthening and flexibility programme to help reduce the risk of further problems moving forward. Thankfully I am in good shape now and working hard at prevention rather than cure! Thanks to Jack and his professional colleagues. Highly recommended
