After a cycle accident and subsequent shoulder injury I booked with Gurhan. During the first appointment he diagnosed the injury and reassured me that 100% recovery was possible. An exercise plan was put in place on the very useful phone app.After each follow up appointment I progressed and after 4 months am at 95% on an injury which could take up to 12 months recovery time.If you are willing to put in the work Gurhan will guide you back to fitness. Overall a very good experience and fully recommended.

I first visited Gurhan in November 2022 as I was experiencing lower back pain that was starting to interfere with my daily life. Three months later and I have experienced a significant improvement. I am able to complete my daily activities and workouts pain free. Gurhan has been very professional throughout my treatment. He provided exercises for me to complete using the Physi app and at every appointment assessed my strength and progressed each exercise accordingly. I would highly recommend Gurhan!

I have benefitted tremendously from the Didcot branch of Spires Physio making a recovery well beyond my expectations. Dr Gurhan Kayihan, the physio, set me achievable strength and flexibility targets and provided encouragement all the way on my 6-month rehab journey at the end of which I was swimming, and cycling after 4 months and skiing again 7 months following a total knee replacement. A big thanks and much appreciation in helping me get back to my favourite sporting activities and now pain-free.

I could not recommend this place more. The treatment was really excellent, I was given loads of exercises to work on, progressively increasing as my condition improved. Every week was tailored to how I was healing and Gurhan couldn't have been more helpful, really went the extra mile, as well as being a really lovely guy in general

Methodical, Measured and Motivating. I consulted Gurhan following a serious femur fracture in a cycling accident. My biggest regret is that I did not consult him for an assessment almost as soon as I was discharged from hospital, in which case I would not have allowed muscles to deteriorate through inactivity. Gurhan's professional approach is carried on in a methodical style, measuring and recording progress and setting goals to aim for by the next consultation. His friendly (yet firm) manner is motivating for the patient. I would unreservedly recommend Gurhan and extend to him my gratitude for helping me to regain normal mobility following hip surgery.
