        The one star is for bothering to answer the phone. Maybe we just called at the wrong time but they need to learn that good first impressions when youre providing an important service is pretty important. To come across as grumpy/rude and slightly snobby is not what I look for when wanting to deal with a company/person. Maybe its because were looking to rent and not buy/sell/become a landlord.
