I have been working out with Sara Southey for about 2 years. These sessions have been invaluable to me both in mind and body. I recently had a holiday in Mauritius and was able to jump off a boat and swim with wild dolphins. May not sound much, but the confidence and fitness I have gained has meant everything. For a 60 year old man, I feel so good and energised after each session that it is hard to put into words. Having suffered from bouts of depression all my life, I can honestly say these weekly fitness sessions have been life changing. Thank you, Sara Southey.

I highly recommend working with Sara. She helped me a couple of years ago to change my mindset towards exercise and my own well-being. I'm a part qualified PT and previously worked in the fitness industry but needed an approach that put the best intentions into actual practice. In the last 6 weeks we have achieved more than I have with various support from the NHS and privately over the last 2 years. I now have a personalised plan for me, not a generic off the web guide, plus accountability with support and motivation provided. Sara's approach is certainly much more than just a Personal Trainer. Yes, I have a programme focused on my fitness goals, but she keeps an eye on my technique to gain maximum benefit and save injury. I feel I now have a sustainable approach, focused on my goals, considering my emotional connection and the time available to fit my lifestyle. Sara's approach considers my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It works for me and I'd recommend a conversation.

Sara is a wonderful motivator and shes knows her stuff! Working with her is both wonderful and challenging. She explains why? In all things and for me thats important. She doesnt nag she suggests. My goals are modest yet important to me!

Sara is FABULOUS in every way. She is encouraging, patient, kind and a superb listener. I think Sara is so much more than a personal trainer. She has fantastic listening skills and can read between the lines. She is the tonic I need sometimes and although she pushes me, it is not to a point I feel awful. She knows how far to push and is always on hand to give you the boost you need. I would whole-heartedly recommend Sara!
