        Popped in on Tuesday 3rd January and explained that my husband, daughter and I are getting our first cockapoo puppy shortly and wanted some advice on food,bed etc and the young lady Kate,that served us was brilliant! She was informative, patient and knowledgeable. We were all very impressed and this will be our pet shop when our puppy arrives and as suggested we will come on Saturday for puppy hour. Thank you for all your help and advice Just wanted to add we popped in today and got great help and advice from Karl. So knowledgeable and we all left being grateful for his time and advice. Thank you Karl and we hope to see you again in the Didcot branch!

        A great store bought a bone for my medium sized dog and months later she is still going through it. Staff are pleasant and the selection of items for all pets is great I would highly recommend it if you're in need of something for your pet.
