Fantastic service from Nathan in Didcot. Very knowledgable of all of the products when helping me upgrade my current phone. I went back in a few days later and made sure Nathan dealt with my upgrade. Great asset to the team. Thanks Nathan.

The manager made me want to cry. He was horrible, aggressive and unhelpful. Thinking of now cancelling all because of how I was made to feel like I was stupid. After visiting the store, I stood outside it and cried. Do not recommend. Manager should be sacked.
