Last week a gearbox in my car started causing some issues. I've called this garage and booked my car for investigation and repair if possible. I was advised that it will cost 55 per hour. My partner left the car with them and was expecting a call with information. Chased it the same day as no-one contacted us all day. In the evening we were informed that the car has been fixed and we can pick it up in the morning. No-one told us what was repaired, what needed to be done. We paid 180. On the way back home turned out that the car is behaving the same way. Nothing had changed and the gearbox is still not working. We called the garage. Turned out that they completely misunderstood the problem, "fixed" it with a part that didn't change anything, and blamed us for this. The person I've spoken was extremely rude, didn't want to admit that they misunderstood the issue, even compered not fixing the car to a mistreatment in a hospital which can cause death of a patient. They just said "It happens all the time". We paid for a repair that didn't fixed anything. Simply disappointing. I cannot recommend this place.

This garage was fixing a van I am buying, I found the mechanic both helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs needed to complete the van to a high standard.
