After one year, the WC has failed and tech support cant help with the spare part thats needed. Poor poor service. If only I knew this before I bought two units for over 2500.

I am a retailer who recommends this all the time and for the price it good to get such a good quality product. The poor comments on here are mainly linked to the service which maybe down to the shop they bought from rather than Vitra. I have used warranty claims twice for my shop and they were excellent replaced a chipped basin foc which is always a questionable one! Toilet seat no questions asked as it was in warranty period!
