I can hands down tell you now if you have any nerves or concerns about trying a martial art or have any sort of apprehension to walk into a class full of strangers, this school is one of the most warm and welcoming ones to come to, I have honestly felt like I am becoming part of a family the more sessions I go to.
The instructors are top tier and they really cater to your experience/skill, they are really good at giving feedback and give you the tools to improve, the sessions vary from conditioning, focusing on technique and others.
There's nothing to lose from having a taster session and its always great seeing new people!
