I have rarely been so disappointed with a service. Due to all the good reviews I was happy to book Bubbles and pay a high price (260 pounds for a 32 m2 apartment - which was empty and pre-cleaned). The job took them 3 hours and there were still some areas which weren't sufficiently cleaned. I asked to receive a bill afterwards, which I still haven't received. They also asked me to pay on the same day, so that I wasn't able to check if the job was done properly.
