Colour with Confidence

I booked a colour session with Jo for my neurodiverse teen as a 16th birthday present. They were absolutely thrilled to have this and get their own "little book of colours" as they love to have rules to live by. Jo made them feel super relaxed and really helped build their confidence in exploring colours outside of their usual palette. The whole session went by in a technicolour flash! If you're thinking about getting Jo's advice on colour or style - just do it, as the investment will stand you in good stead for years!

I had so much fun having my colours analysed by Jo. She is so friendly and has such a well-trained eye for the subtleties of colour! I was quite confused about whether I was warm or cool and Jo solved this instantly with "soft"! She took me through all of the colours that are best for my summer-ish, cool-ish colouring, and it was a revelation. I though grey was my best neutral... nope! Turns out my wardrobe's missing ingredient is all the lovely soft shades of brown. It may seem a small thing, but it made a HUGE difference to how all the blues and purples and pinks looked on me. I need to wear more brown... who knew! And just the right shade of red, which I thought was too "autumn" for me or something. The tonal system is sublime, much more useful to me than seasons. I really recommend booking with Jo if you feel something is missing from your outfits and you're just not sure what. She will show you your most flattering neutrals as well the right combinations and levels of contrast to get the colours to really sing on you. I'm obsessed now, I can't stop looking at my colour wallet, these little swatches are new best friends No more grey for me! Thank you, Jo!

What a fabulous day! Jo has such energy and passion for what she does; she really helped my daughter understand her colouring and style and I know this will be an investment in herself that will be well worth it. Thankyou Jo xx

I really enjoyed my session with Jo. She is very friendly and welcoming. The consultation felt relaxed and fun, and I learnt a lot about which colours and styles suit me, and why. Am looking forward to pruning and revamping my wardrobe, and to trying some new colour combinations! Thank you Jo!
