I am so glad I found Karen. When I first met her I had zero confidence in myself but since joining her I feel fabulous and exuding in confidence. I find Karen very friendly, flexible and so supportive. She creates workouts tailored to you and motivates you throughout your session without patronising and I find I am really buzzing after my workout and just cant stop smiling. Im a much stronger more confident person all because of Karen. Would strongly recommend her. Not only that i consider her as a friend. Thanks Karen you are a star xx

So I have been going to 'lift up fitness' now for quite a few weeks, and it's amazing. Why I say that is because I have been very spectical about PT, never liked gyms, but Karen is amazing, I sometimes try to get way with things! But Karen is so good, she keeps me on track, and keeps me motivated, and I so enjoy it. She is a great coach and I so advise anyone to join, her weekly groups, thank you Karen, and see you next week,.

Karen is a great trainer, friendly, flexible and creates workouts tailored to you. After not training for a while with lockdown and back issues, working with Karen has got me motivated again and feeling confident with my back. I enjoy my sessions with Karen and always feel like I've had a good workout, plus she is always there on the app being supportive as well. Thanks Karen!

I have been going to Karen for nearly 2 months now and can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. I feel stronger, fitter and look it aswel. She is fun, knowledgeable and is a great motivator and works hard to make sure you get the results you want. I have been using PTs on and off for years but have now found the 'one'. She has a amazing set up with all the right equipment and the coaching app for home/gym workouts is so user friendly and a great help to keep me going when I am doing it alone. She keeps in touch to make sure you're on track but also understand when some home/work commitments get in the way of working out and sometimes you just can't always stick to the routine. I honestly can not recommend Lift Up Fitness enough I am so glad I found her.
