New Garden Room Company

We needed more space for a growing family so decided on a garden room. The new garden room company were a pleasure to work with and the complete build was always well managed and organised. The overall quality is of a high standard and I recommend anyone thinking to do the same to discuss their needs with this company.

We had a garden room built at the start of this year and we really love the final product. The New Garden Room Co were able to create a bespoke design that gave us the additional space we wanted as well as incorporating a storage shed with side access, which was the perfect set up for our property. We were able to discuss the design and adapt it as we got a clearer picture of what we wanted, and the Sales and Project teams were really helpful and engaged throughout this process we got a lot of value out of their knowledge and expertise. These discussions also helped us work out which of the many options we wanted to go for in terms of cladding, internet connection, heating/cooling etc, and were really glad with where we ended up on all of these decisions thanks to the teams advice and flexibility. Our experience with the builders on-site was excellent too they were really efficient, skilled, and lovely to have working at the property, and that was one of the best things for us about going with this company. We felt really comfortable having them around, and are confident in the quality of the build as well as loving how great the final product looks. Having the additional space is already proving worth the investment and adding so much to our enjoyment of our home. There were a few issues along the way, which always happens with building projects, but they were all resolved to our satisfaction. Its obvious the company is very successful and growing fast which is testament to the product they offer, but I think that fact and the busy time of year made project managing all the moving parts and subcontractors more challenging than usual for them. Despite this there were very few delays, our project was completed within a couple of days of the original schedule, and we were amazed by how quickly they could create something that looks so fantastic. Wed definitely recommend the company for their expertise, the build team, and the quality of the final product.

NGRC installed a garden room for us in February 2022. Their communication and design process was excellent, and it was complete to a very high standard in just two weeks. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I had a large garden studio and patio built by Darren and his team. I am delighted with the result, the quality of the construction is as good as a house extension, at a much lower cost and without the hassle of planning permission. Darren personally visited my property and gave me some great ideas on the layout and how to make the best use of my garden. Everybody involved - from design, construction through to after care have been brilliant - the team clearly care about delivering for their customers (and were also great with my neighbors). My studio has really improved my lifestyle - I now have an office, TV lounge, recording studio and gym - all under 1 roof! Thank you Darren and your team- Id definitely recommend your company.

They have shown, professionalism, care and attention at all times, made suggestions to cater for our needs, shown honesty, integrity. Most importantly, they have resolved any issues speedily and, unlike a lot of companies, have not fobbed us off! We highly recommend this company to anyone who may need a new Garden Room, Driveway or any other service this company offers. I cannot thank each and every one of them enough for all the help and support they have given us from the very beginning of our initial contact to completion of the project.
