We had three carpets fitted by Craig and Andrew yesterday and I would like to let you know that they did a great job of fitting them and were a pleasure to have working here. We were worried about the upheaval and whether we could keep up with them in moving furntiture as they went from room to room but they were extremely helpful throughout and were happy to do that for us. Furthermore, the discovery of a rotten floorboard in a door threshold would have prevented them from laying one of the carpets until it was repaired by a third party, but after noticing a piece of timber waste in our garden they asked if they could use it. Due to their willingness I had a quick look in my shed and found a more suitable piece and within a short time they had rectified the problem, so that they could continue laying the carpet.
