        Absolutely shocking. My booking was cancelled for a ferry crossing to Venice. Ferry Savers did not inform me on time where alternative transport was from, so we had to source alternative transport. They then REFUSED to refund the booking, despite them cancelling the route. Avoid at all costs, sadly I will have to source a refund through my bank account.
