This is the second time we have used town and country fencing. Our fence was damaged during a storm so, I phoned Laurence who asked if I could email over some photos. I thought the fence would have to be replaced but Laurence then came out to look at the extent of the damage and gave us options to repair or replace the fence. He explained the pros and cons of both options. He suggested that repairing the fence would be a good option, as the fence looked to be in good condition, and it did not need to be replaced. As others have said Laurence and his team are very busy so it took a few weeks from contacting him to the job being done but he was upfront about being busy and when he was likely to be able to complete the work. Once he had arranged a day he turned up and got everything done as agreed. They had to move some plant pots etc. and were very respectful of our property. They left our garden clean and tidy. I am really pleased with how the repair has turned out and cannot recommend Laurence enough. Services: Wood fence installation, General repairs & maintenance
