        I brought in a jacket for dry cleaning and a pair of jeans for repair. The jacket came back shrunken and the jeans had extremely bad stitching. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of service, the shop manager reacted in a very rude and dismissive way. Later, I talked to Johnsons customer support. They immediately apologized and offered me a refund. Overall, my experience with Johnsons was very good and I'm sure there are many wonderful branches, but I wouldn't recommend this particular branch. Service: Alterations
