THE FRAUD ! I have ordered the 7th edition of FRENCH version of PMBOK for more than 100 euros, and I have received by mail the 6th edition of ENGLISH version PMBOK ! They are not answering my call ! I have lost more than 44 euros of import tax ! Never trust them !!!

Ordered a book, it was never sent to me and I was never informed (for reasons I still don't understand). Took 6 weeks, 5 phone calls and several emails to get my money back. The refund was finally processed minus 81nok (7). Now having to start the process all over again to get the last 7 back. Some of the staff are highly apathetic and rude. Not sure how this company manages to keep in business. I can't imagine how purchasing a book could be of any greater difficulty.

Worked at Marston books as a temp! Awful to there staff. Managers don't care about much but them selves, during pandemic none of the safe practices were adhered too. Managers touching staff with bare hands. Also manger of warehouse name begins with T does nothing but sit in office talking to her friends on her mobile phone, then comes out walkes about moaning about everyone behind there backs for 5 mins and goes back to her mobile. The building its self is a accident waiting to happen
