        3 weeks and they are too incompetent to pickup a fully labeled shipment with all the paperwork ready. You really only had one job!! Hopefully this company will default itself out of the market.

        Parcel sent by FedEx on Wednesday paid extra for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, arrived the following Monday!!! Missed the event, it was needed for on the Saturday. Not happy

        Must be nice being a FedEx driver. If you're running behind schedule just skip a delivery or two and mark it down as "customer not home." Let the customers deal with the headache of arguing with the depot that no delivery was ever attempted. There needs to be a serious overhaul of all the major courier companies in the UK or at least an established regulatory and audit committee. It gets exhausting dealing with these companies.
