        I would not recommend this company. The business I work for (as a Senior member of the IT department) uses a system provided by XN Leisure. We pay them for technical support and I have never experienced such a useless and incompetent service. They setup the system wrong initially, forgetting to configure DB permissions, etc. which caused no end of problems. For which they tried to blame our network/servers. Turned out they had messed up, but it took them forever to actually fix it. The software still doesn't work properly and is very unreliable. The support team always "pass the buck" and never really investigate anything. XN Support are rarely helpful and most of the time are infuriating to work with. Buy your software from another company, these guys are useless.

        TLMS is finicky and crashes for no reason. The system is not logically arranged. XN does not respond to help requests, and customer IT teams avoid supporting TLMS issues.
