        I take my 3yo son here for his haircuts. He has really disliked having his hair cut after a bad experience at 1yo when some hair went in his mouth, so he will cry and get himself in a state before going through the door and is fairly relentless for the whole appointment. The barbers are very understanding, patient and try to engage with him, sing to him, ask him questions. Once it's over my son is happy with the result and pleased with his hair. I really appreciate the barber's efforts and we're never made to feel unwelcome even though he isn't the easiest customer.
