I ordered a cooker over the phone, arranged for it to be fitted and old one removed and collected at a day and time that worked with the gas engineer. Everything was sorted and fitted within a few days, totally hassle free. Fantastic service.

Rob did a great job, was out to us quickly and came back to look at a small snagging issue which was resolved in no time at all. Definitely recommended

Engineer came out, huffed and puffed and didnt do much. He had a rude manner about him and even used obscene language when talking to me. Billed me over 80 for looking at my dishwasher and said he would quote for parts. 10 days on still no quote despite chasing. Have since used another local company who pointed out domestiserve had falsely diagnosed a faulty pump which was in fact fine. I have never paid for somebody to come out and look at a job before and dont intend to start now. This is the first time Ive ever felt the need to leave a bad review of a company on google so that speaks volumes.
