Ive purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal sessions at Dickens Heat Clinic, I was very disappointed with their service and asked to be moved to Birmingham clinic to complete the course of my treatments. I would never go back, why? They have cancelled 3 appointments in the last minute , once the appointment was not even saved in the system, luckily Ive called for a confirmation few hours to find out i was not booked in, I had to wait 2 more weeks to rebook. Also the 3 sessions I had every time with a different person, there was a lot of confusion on which machine and parameters to be used in my case . Only first session was effective the next 2 I had no results. Ive asked to speak with the clinic manager, they never get back to me. Overall I believe this clinic lacks professionalism and customer care is not their priority.
