        Just visited where I thought was a medical centre to find it is a glorified information centre giving out the 111 number!!!

        Just waited for 55 minutes on the phone to speak to a receptionist to ask for a non urgent call back from a doctor. She said I have to phone back at 8am tomorrow .. this system is awful.

        How does anyone actually book an appointment?! Absolutely ridiculous, seriously worried that this terrible system will be detrimental to many people's health. Perhaps I would be more sympathetic if they explained why but no information given.
