Both the staff (husband & wife) have no people or communication skills whatsoever. They don't greet customers when they walk in and they have absolutely no respect towards their customers. It really isn't hard to be a decent person and use manners and in a customer service based job you should have skills in approaching customers in a friendly manner. They put people off returning to the shop as it's never a nice experience. I went in to return my parcel. I said to the lady "Can I send this parcel please?" She didn't say good morning, hello, no problems, nothing at all. Just pointed to weighing scale for me to put the parcel on. I said "I have a QR code, can you scan it?" She took my phone, again she didn't say a word. Then she pointed at parcel for me to pass her it. I passed her it. Again she didn't say a word. No thank you, thats all done for you. She printed me a receipt and passed me it. I said "So is it all done?" She nodded. Absolutely ridiculous, no idea why they choose that career path. Why work in customer service to be rude like that and not even speak to customers? I don't expect a lot, just a nice pleasant cashier. Half of the time I go in the male cashier just sits on his phone and you have to wait a good 2 to 3 minutes before he lifts his head up to serve you, even then you don't get a "How can I help you?" Avoid. Go to Dewsbury one which is a 5 minutes drive down the road and be greeted by friendly, POLITE staff. Something this couple lack.
