    Avoid at all costs! Bought a car with a 12 month MOT that broke down after 8 days, turned out to be the timing chain, a major fault! Contacted Ultimate Drive but they were unwilling to help in any way and when I informed them of the Consumer Rights Act they said "We don't work like that". Currently taking them to court. Horrible people.

    Avoid at all cost. Bought a car in October, broke down within a week on its first drive. Diagnosed with a faulty gearbox. Called dealer to be told there's nothing he was willing to do to put this right. Advised him of right to reject within 30 days but he was completely unwilling to cooperate. He then blanked calls, letters and has made no attempt to discuss the matter never mind put it right. They are also under the alias of NB Sales, and may well try and change names to cover there tracks. Do you homework, and avoid this dealer.

    AVOID-wish I had read these reviews before I bought my car! I bought a car that had no cap on the brake fluid reservoir. The sunroof was not working properly. There was also no oil so it stopped on the way down the M1! We took the car and he said it needed a service, despite me being told it had already had a service. We were booked in and told we only needed to pay for parts. The oil filter and the oil were changed and we were told that he had been informed to charge us 150.00 by Ultimate. He also said that one of the front tyres was worn-even though we had been told that they had been newly put on at a cost of over 1000.00. When we queried the bill and asked at the parts shop how much the filter would be we were told 10.00. Whilst in the shop a phone call was made about me being there from Ultimate to ask what I was doing there and not to tell me how much the filter cost! I have still had to pay 100 for this doing so they have made 75.00 profit on this-so the not charging labour is covered in the extortionate parts price they charge.
