The manager was inconsiderate and rude did everything to embarrass my Mum in-front of colleagues and customers, refused to accept the return OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT despite having seen cctv footage himself of the purchase being made earlier on in the day. After making my Mum the laughing stock then proceeded to threaten her that theyll ban her from the store. I didnt know that people still behave like this I am beyond disgusted and disappointed.

I went in the store today asked as a disabled person to use the toilet to be told NO the manager Helen was very rude and also inconsiderate told me to use a different store. If I hadn't already paid for my things I'd a give them back n walked out ill never use this store again disgusting behaviour
