So attended today June 3rd 2022... This time the experience was much better and the Indian gentleman was friendly polite and helpful... thank you.

Absolutely miserable staff who seem to be forced to work there. There's absolutely zero customer service here and many times they won't even say a single word when serving you. There's no human communication to ask the customer how they're paying. If they see you with your phone out they will just put it down as a card payment so if you're paying by cash they will have to cancel the transaction and start again. There's no facial expressions, no thank you, no offer of receipt, nothing. Also if you're scanning your Shell card they will do their bit of pretending to scan it, if it goes through you're lucky if not then tough luck because they're not going to tell you to try again or that it hasn't gone through. Avoid.
